Regisseur Jon Favreau heeft één echt beeld in de live-action versie van ‘The Lion King’ gemonteerd. Dat maakte hij bekend in een tweet.
Niet alle prachtige beelden van ‘The Lion King’ zijn dus animaties.
‘The Lion King’
De film bestaat uit 1490 geanimeerde shots en één echt shot. De crew heeft een foto gemaakt in Afrika en dat beeld is gebruikt in de film. Het is het openingsshot van de film, die begint met het lied The Circle of Life.

‘Zou het opvallen?’
Regisseur Jon Favreau schrijft op Twitter: ‘Ik heb er één shot tussen gezet dat we echt gefotografeerd hebben in Afrika, om te kijken of dat iemand op zou vallen.’
